Self-funded Guarantees

The Crystal Clear Guarantee Scheme, is a self-funded programme that allows you to fully customise your guarantee to ensure it meets your expectations on both a claims cost and customer satisfaction front.

It also gives you the option of using our distinctive Crystal Clear branding on the documentation, or your own branding if preferred.

Getting started on the new Crystal Clear Guarantee Scheme could not be easier. All you need to decide is your sales strategy, and then choose the elements of the programme that will help you achieve the desired results.

This totally flexible approach allows you to make instant changes to your strategy, or insert special offers into your plans as and when you desire.

The first area to choose is the cover levels you would like to use, the periods you would like to cover, and the individual and maximum claim limits you would like to apply. At present we offer 4 levels.

*Platinum
*Gold
*Silver

You may use as many levels as you want but remember that the driving force behind the Crystal Clear Guarantee Scheme is to increase guarantee sales. To achieve this, your sales team needs to demonstrate clear benefits to the customer on upgrading their guarantee.

There are numerous other options you can include with your guarantee, such as car hire, specific part cover, rescue & recovery, and in-car electricals such as sat nav systems.
