If your vehicle has developed a fault which you think is covered under your warranty, please let us know as soon as possible to start your claim.

You can do this by clicking here to register your claim online, sending us an email with the details, or, call our friendly claims team on 01522 513833.

If you register your claim online or by email, we aim to respond to you within 1 working day.

Crystal Clear Warranty - Motor Trade Car Warranty Step 2: Getting your vehicle to a repairing garage for diagnosis

After we have confirmed your warranty is valid, the fault will need to be diagnosed by a repair garage. Then, we can determine if the faulty part is covered under your warranty.

Your dealer may have a local recommended repairer which we will advise you about. If you cannot drive the car to the recommended repairer, don't worry! Simply take your car to a reputable garage nearby.

Please Note: As the vehicle owner, you will need to permit the garage to find out what the fault is. You will also be responsible for all diagnostic costs until we can provide a claims authorisation number.

Crystal Clear Warranty - Motor Trade Car Warranty Step 3: Fault diagnosis

Once the fault has been diagnosed, please advise the repairing garage to call 01522 513833 to relay all the details to our claims team. This must be done before starting any repair work!

We will need the following:

  • Your vehicle registration number
  • The current mileage
  • The fault reported
  • Details of the parts that need replacing
  • Information on costs for both parts and labour

If the faulty item of your car is covered under your warranty, your supplying dealer will pay all reasonable charges for the repair and diagnostic work. Claim limits and excesses may apply.

As the administrator, we will provide your repairing garage with a claims authorisation number to complete repairs of the covered item under your warranty.

Crystal Clear Warranty - Motor Trade Car Warranty Step 5: Settling Your Claims Costs

If your vehicle was repaired at your supplying dealer or their recommended repairer, covered claims are usually processed instantly and you can be on your way as soon as the repair is complete!

If you took your car to a local garage, you may be required to pay for repairs upfront and claim the costs back.

To do this, call us on 01522 513833 with your claims authorisation number ready, or, scan/email a copy of your repair invoice to claims@crystalclearwarranty.co.uk.

We will then process your claim and instruct your supplying dealer to issue you with a refund for the claim amount.
