Coronavirus COVID-19 Update
Warranty Administration Services Ltd would like to reassure our clients and partners that we are taking every precaution necessary, to maintain our key services throughout the Coronavirus outbreak.
Despite the uncertainty for the months ahead, we are continuously evaluating the developing situation and following Governmental and NHS guidelines to ensure that we can continue to deliver the services required by our customers.
Some key points regarding our continued support:
• We can still operate effectively in any isolation phase, to ensure the smooth running of all our business functions. We already have some staff testing remote-working as a precaution.
• There may be some short-term response delays, as expected in any major illness outbreak, that reduces the number of staff that are able to work either from home or in normal office conditions. We will, however, endeavour to fulfil our commitment to your needs.
• We will continuously review the Coronavirus situation and update you with any further developments by email or telephone. We will also post news updates on the front page of our website (below the main toolbar).
